All the staff from Moma Consulting, has a great memory of this project. It began in February, and we had the opportunity to re-position this brand, and began working in the transition to the project that will later be known as Veritas Steakhouse.

Post Oak Grill – Sugar Land is an upscale diner located in Sugar Land Texas, owned by an Argentinian Family that decided to buy a Franchise from the Post Oak Grill close to the Galleria in downtown Houston. However, this restaurant had to create their own advertising. When we got the call to meet up with them, we met with the owner, as well as the upper management. We spoke about the type of restaurant, the demographic, and the future plans. With that, began an eight month project that included Photography, Website, and Social Media Strategy; primarily through Facebook.

In that same initial meeting, we reviewed what they had been doing, and what was the current situation regarding Advertising, and Food Photography. We went to their office, and were presented with the following:

We knew that a great tasting dish, needed a picture that would portray beauty, taste, and flavor. The input was great, all we needed was to get to work, and create a sensory experience. What we wanted to achieve was to communicate a perfect moment, at a fantastic restaurant. Some photo shoots down the road, Post Oak Grill – Sugar Land had these as their new Branding.

During the time Moma Consulting serviced Post Oak Grill Sugar Land, their Social Media registered over 33% increment in regards to Engagement. Comments sky rocketed both congratulating the Restaurant for the new pictures, as well as people wanting to visit the place and order the dish we presented. Once we redesigned the website, the Bounce Rate considerably lowered, and visits went up. The new site was extremely user-friendly, and had all the information the user needed no more than three clicks away.
